I have minted Nomo but I cannot find a player name or picture on Opensea

You have to update the metadata on Opensea.

This is just a matter of opensea moving slow. If you click the little reload symbol in the top right corner of the token page on Opensea you will be able to refresh the metadata and after a few minutes this should reveal the player.
